Right to Refuse Service
Silver Inspiration Ranch Inc. is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and emotionally grounded environment for all clients, animals, staff, and guests. As a private facility, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate boarding agreements, or deny participation in any of our programs, services, or events at our sole discretion.
This decision may be made at any time if we determine that an individual or horse poses a risk to themselves, others, animals, or the property, or if their behavior, conduct, or emotional state is disruptive to the harmony, safety, or operational flow of the ranch.
Grounds for refusal or termination of service may include, but are not limited to:
-
Dangerous or unpredictable horse behavior
-
Emotional instability or unsafe behavior by the horse owner or guardian
-
Failure to follow safety instructions or facility rules
-
Disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive conduct toward staff, animals, or other clients
-
Repeated need for heightened supervision that exceeds the scope of standard care
-
Failure to disclose material information about a horse’s behavior, health, or training level
-
Actions or attitudes inconsistent with the values, mission, or community standards of Silver Inspiration Ranch Inc.
We reserve the right to make these determinations based on observed behavior, staff reports, professional evaluations, or our judgment as stewards of this facility. All decisions regarding the refusal or discontinuation of service are final and made in the interest of protecting the well-being of our entire community—human and animal alike.
